Job Description:
Looking for UDI (unique device identifier) experience - general UDI implementation working with scanners, printers, and updates to labelingJOB DUTIES:
Must perform process validation, software validation, and process control studies for assigned areas.
Must participate in and contribute to medium to large size projects, own assigned tasks, produce detailed requirements and analysis documents for assigned tasks.
Partner with other support groups and manufacturing teams to complete work.
Must be able to understand, test, and debug applicable software while following the software life cycle procedures.
Must support Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality Management departments with the development and implementation of new process/technology.
Must assist in the identification and development of process improvement projects including automation and computerization.
Must ensure computer systems and applications are in compliance with regulatory quality standards through validations activities.
Responsible for ensuring FDA regulations are met for system upgrades/replacements.
Responsible for ensuring the quality of facility systems (validation):
Writing and executing protocols and test cases for validations.
Coordinating testing and documentation of projects.
Documenting/executing changes to applications.
Assisting/leading training for systems.
Diversified knowledge of applied analysis techniques, procedures, and criteria to carry out measurements, process, and product studies toward the development of new or refined equipment, materials, processes, instruments, and products.
Ability to function effectively as a member of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
Must have knowledge of both plant and department environmental health and safety regulations and comply with said regulations accordingly.
Must perform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by supervision/management.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Engineering Discipline or Technology (ME, IE, CHE, BME, EE, CE).
Knowledge of applications such as Wonderware, Allen-Bradley PLC, Access, Microsoft Project preferred.
ASQ Certification (CQE or CSQE) or equivalent desired.
Strong leadership skills Ability to work with diversified cross functional team across different plant locations.
Logical thought process.
Self-motivated and work well without direct supervision.
Ability to quickly learn and understand applications.
Quality Assurance or Pharmaceutical industry experience desired.
